Avicenna E-Learning Center Organizes<\/span><\/p>\n

“Summer Training Course for High School Students”<\/span><\/p>\n

As part of the ongoing summer training program organized by the Avicenna E-Learning Center, a training course titled<\/span><\/p>\n

“Summer Training for Students of Al-Wihda Vocational High School”<\/span><\/p>\n

, affiliated with the Vocational Education Department in Al-Rusafa, was held. <\/span><\/p>\n

The course was delivered by Senior Engineer Ali Saif Al-Din Ubaid and Assistant Chief Programmer Noor Haikal Hussein on Thursday, July 24, 2025. <\/span><\/p>\n

The course aimed to equip high school students with fundamental knowledge and practical skills in using Microsoft Access by introducing them to database concepts and teaching them how to manage tables, forms, queries, and reports in a simplified manner appropriate to their age and educational level.<\/span><\/p>\n

In its third week, the course focused on advanced skills in Microsoft Access, including professional query creation to extract specific data from the database accurately and efficiently. <\/span><\/p>\n

Participants learned how to set criteria and conditions in queries, enabling them to retrieve specific information quickly and easily without having to search manually through large tables. <\/span><\/p>\n

The workshop also focused on teaching participants how to design forms, which are visual tools that simplify data entry into tables and provide a user-friendly and secure interface for interacting with databases.<\/span><\/p>\n

Trainees were guided in designing clear and easy-to-use forms using various control tools like text boxes and drop-down lists, allowing for error-free and comfortable data entry.<\/span><\/p>\n
