The workshop explored the role of digital media in shaping the cultural awareness of Arab children, highlighting both the vast opportunities these tools offer for enhancing knowledge and skills, as well as the risks associated with their misuse.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"543\" data-end=\"1036\"><span style=\"font-size: 22px; font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-weight: 400; margin-bottom: 10px; display: inline-block;\">The session aimed to raise awareness about the positive and negative aspects of children\u2019s engagement with digital culture. Key themes included the impact of the internet, video games, television channels, music, and travel on the development of children\u2019s cultural understanding. The discussion emphasized how these sources can be used to foster critical and creative thinking while cautioning against risks such as decreased attention span, exposure to violence, and threats to moral values.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1038\" data-end=\"1523\"><span style=\"font-size: 22px; font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-weight: 400; margin-bottom: 10px; display: inline-block;\">The workshop concluded with a set of recommendations encouraging the promotion of positive aspects of digital culture\u2014such as knowledge exchange and skills development\u2014while enforcing safeguards to mitigate its downsides, including privacy concerns and erosion of values.
