Ibn Sina E-Learning Center Organizes a Workshop on \u201cDigital Certificates in One Minute\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

The Ibn Sina Center for E-Learning organized a workshop titled \u201cIssuing Digital Certificates in One Minute\u201d, presented by Engineer Ali Saif Al-Din Obeid, on Monday, June 23, 2025.<\/span><\/p>\n

The workshop aimed to equip participants with the essential knowledge and skills required to professionally issue digital certificates using Microsoft Word.<\/span><\/p>\n

It focused on the steps of designing, formatting, and accurately merging data in an organized way. <\/span><\/p>\n

The session also sought to empower participants to produce reliable digital certificates that are printable and electronically shareable\u2014aligned with the requirements of digital transformation\u2014and to facilitate documentation and distribution procedures in educational, training, and administrative institutions. <\/span><\/p>\n

The workshop included a practical, detailed explanation of the mechanism for designing and issuing digital certificates using Microsoft Word.<\/span><\/p>\n

Participants were guided through key steps enabling them to easily and efficiently prepare high-quality digital certificates with accuracy in both design and content. <\/span><\/p>\n

The workshop covered the following main topics: Overview of the Advantages of issuing digital certificates through Microsoft Word, and reasons for preferring it due to its ease of use and quick execution. <\/span><\/p>\n

Steps for Preparing the Certificate Template, with a focus on selecting suitable designs and formatting texts and logos.<\/span><\/p>\n

How to Save Certificates in digital formats such as PDF and prepare them for secure and organized electronic distribution. <\/span><\/p>\n

The workshop emphasized the practical and hands-on aspects of digital certificate issuance using Microsoft Word, highlighting the importance of precision in design. <\/span><\/p>\n

It focused on enabling participants to gain the technical skills needed to create professional digital certificates that meet the standards of educational, training, and administrative institutions. <\/span><\/p>\n
