Faculty Member from Ibn Sina Center Participates in the Women’s Affairs Meeting at Our University Assistant Lecturer Maryam Ali Matloob, Women’s Affairs Liaison Officer at the Ibn Sina Center for E-Learning, participated in a meeting for Women’s Affairs Unit heads across the University of Baghdad.
The meeting was attended by Dr. Zainab Hadi, Head of the Women’s Affairs Division at the University Presidency, on Tuesday, September 23, 2025, at Dr. Mahdi Hantoush Hall in the College of Engineering.
The meeting addressed several important issues, foremost among them the development of the work environment and strengthening cooperation between units and liaison officers.
It also included a review of statistics regarding activities carried out during the previous period.
Additionally, the meeting discussed mechanisms for accurately recording and documenting activities, as well as the importance of holding meetings regularly to monitor performance and achieve set goals.
The meeting concluded with an emphasis on transitioning from paper-based work to digital processes, increasing media coverage, implementing high-quality initiatives, and expanding collaboration between Women’s Affairs Units and liaison officers across the university’s colleges and centers.
