According to the directives of the Federal Board of Supreme Audit / Public Services Audit Department / Financial Oversight Authority operating at the University of Baghdad, the auditor and controller of the Accounts Division for Research and Service Centers, Mrs. Hanaa Jasim Ismail, visited our center on Tuesday, December 2, 2025.
She was received by Dr. Ali Abdul Hassan Kazar, Director of Human Resources at our center.
During her visit, she conducted a field inspection of the Supplies Unit and met with Mr. Bassam Hussein Mohammed, the former Stores Officer of the center.
The meeting discussed the mechanisms for documenting the entry and exit of furniture, gifts, and consumable materials, as well as the proper procedures for handling them in accordance with the approved regulations and guidelines. At the end of the visit, she expressed her appreciation for the center’s efforts, represented by the esteemed Director of the Center.
