The Avicenna Center for E-Learning organized a workshop titled “The Fifth Card” on Sunday, November 24, 2024, presented by Senior Programmer Noor Haikal Hussein. The workshop focused on mechanisms for converting personal files into electronic cards, facilitating precise data retrieval while enhancing the security of confidential documents through a robust monitoring system.
The workshop aimed to reduce reliance on traditional manual archiving by transitioning to electronic archiving systems that allow fast and secure data access. This shift is intended to improve administrative efficiency by creating a comprehensive, accessible database, thereby aiding decision-making processes.
Ms. Noor explained the design process for electronic cards tailored for each employee or faculty member, ensuring the protection of confidential documents. Only the formation’s top authority and the cardholder can access these secure records. Additionally, she highlighted data classification techniques to simplify administrative document handling effectively and accurately.
