The Avicenna Center for E-Learning held the 47th Digital Teaching Qualification Course from April 13 to 17, 2025, as part of its ongoing efforts to enhance faculty members’ proficiency in using modern digital education tools.
The course aimed to boost participants’ competence in utilizing digital learning platforms and applications. It featured hands-on training on managing virtual classrooms via Google Classroom, designing electronic quizzes using Google Forms, and efficiently storing and sharing learning materials through Google Drive.
Participants also gained deeper insight into academic research tools with Google Scholar, and learned how to create interactive learning activities using Kahoot to encourage student engagement and make the educational process more dynamic.
This course is part of the center’s broader strategy to promote a digital transformation culture in higher education and keep pace with global trends in e-learning—ultimately contributing to improved educational outcomes.
