Ibn Sina Center for E-Learning Organizes Workshop on “Child Bullying: E-Learning Methods for Awareness and Prevention” The workshop was presented by Assistant Lecturer Maryam Ali Matloub on Thursday, June 5, 2025.
The session addressed the critical issue of bullying among children, describing it as aggressive behavior that causes psychological or physical harm and negatively impacts their social and emotional development.
E-learning is considered an effective tool for raising awareness and prevention by offering interactive content and educational videos that deliver the message in an engaging way.
Digital applications also help enhance children’s skills such as empathy and self-defense.
Teachers and parents can benefit from online courses to understand the phenomenon and how to deal with it. Integrating these tools into education contributes to reducing bullying and creating a safe environment for children.
